Week of September 6th

I took one of my sketches that I thought would make the best icon and traced it in Adobe Illustrator.  These are the four versions of my icon that were traced. 

During critique it was decided that the 4th image above was more appropriate as an icon.  The only changes that needed to be made to the icon were the handle bars needed to be rounded and the line spacing needed to be even this is the final icon.

Week of August 30

This week I started on my sketches for my Icon Project.  Here are the sketches that I have come up with.  I tried to think in a simple manner as to embody what and icon is.  I also tried to experiment with different styles of bike design to see which was the most successful at being an icon.
